What are the essential skills needed to master AI project management

1.Technical Fluency : Understanding AI concepts like ML, DS enables informed data drien decision-making and ofcause with risk assessment.The Key Contribution would be to ensure the PM can bridge gaps between Technical and business stakeholders.

2. Strategic Thinking : Aligning AI initiatives with business goals and long-term impact is crucial for value delivery. The contribution would be it then keeps AI projects focused on measurable outcomes and avoids "tech for tech’s sake."

3. Cross-functional Communication : effectively translating complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa is very important making is as simple as possible
this enhances collaboration and buy-in across teams including legal, compliance, marketing, and leadership especially EXCO/Board who mostly are none technical
