They will give it to you on the spot and you will receive a copy with your certificate detailing what levels of proficiency you achieved.

Well, if i got the question right, than NGUEDIA is asking for the record on which questions he answered right and more important which ones wrong .... unfortenatly, you will not receive this information.
The results of the exams are confidential, what you get is - like Rami mentioned - an overview about your achieved proficiency levels which you has reached in each each of the five domains.
That's it.

The main reason seems to be that if PMI would publish the detailed results to every PMP aspirant than lot of those results and details would be published over internet or elsewhere (what would harm the code of ethics) and that is what they want to avoid, i guess.

Regards,

Markus

Thanks all for your detailed answers.

Indeed, I noticed that they send proficiency by process groups.
But i was told that, when you sign in PMI website, there is a page where you can get the detailed proficiency by knowledge areas. Is that true? If so how can i access that page.

Thanks in advance!

Nguedia, you can access the report via your Profile. Click on My Certification Info and then My PMP. You will find the Exam Report, however it is the same report you were given at the testing center. There is no additional detail provided.
