Quality Technology Tools (QTTs), Lean and Agile Tools on the other hands were transforming rapidly giving space to newer tools which are more relevant to the post pandemic world and making the previous editions of tools redundant. the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) sector on the other hand needs methodologies and tools which are unique to their success stories.

The learning objectives of this Webinar are to make the participants appreciate and learn the emerging technologies in the above areas to make the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) more robust and sustainable to face the challenges of future.

1. I found that Infrastructure is always waterfall no matter what the method is being used for the project.

Infrastructure, we can’t change so rapidly. Focus more on ‘people’ and try to transit and try to transit from waterfall to Agile mindset thru’ training and interventions.

2. I'm encountering resistance from our company management regarding the adoption of hybrid solutions, particularly because they believe it's unnecessary for our industry, which is construction. However, I'm not convinced this is a valid point. How can I effectively persuade them otherwise?

This is a common problem with similar industries, you are not the only one. Solution is persuasion and pick up a small part of the project in modular way and show result.

3. What is meant by change management? I understand change management as an organizational process to transition from the current state to the future state.

Yes, this is most important. Change management is mostly managing change of people’s mindset thru’ training and interventions.

5. what was the Scandinavian project process referenced?

The process illustrated are all location and industry agonistic, applicable to all regions and industries, and many of those are PMI prescribed.

6. Waterfall works better when multiple companies are involved.  Is this true?

No, waterfall does not work, if requirements and technologies are uncertain. For every situation decide the approach (waterfall vis-à-vis Agile) based on context. Context counts.

8. Good point about predictive vs traditional.  Similar conflict between adaptive and agile -- which do you prefer?

It is better to define it as predictive and adaptive.

9. Are there any project management software’s which are adept at documenting/tracking Hybrid?

There are many AI based software.

10. How effectively we can educate our team members who are unaware with multiple PM methodologies before we start a project on hybrid approach?

Good point. You must invest in extensive training of your profile. They being unaware is an opportunity for you.
