The Organizational Context: Project Success Contingency
The organizational context (OC) in this study refers to the dimensions of an organization and its alignment with data, processes and other mechanisms to support projects. This research presents findings from a quantitative study involving 258 project professionals worldwide, tracking the organizational context dimension indicators.
At the conclusion of this session, attendees will be able to:
- Identify the dimensions of organizational context in the realm of projects; and
- Discover the correlation between organizational context and project success.
