This webinar is the fifth in a series presenting a case study of implementing an ERP solution in an Agile way. It follows webinars presenting the traditional project phases: Initiation, planning and execution and how the ERP solution delivers value to the organization. The focus of this webinar is the “side effect” of implementing a large and complex project. How a successful Agile project will impact the organization processes and culture.
The webinar is based on the author's 40 years of experience with product development, software development, first as a (physical) Product Manager, then Software Development Manager, and later as a Project Manager. The webinar will conclude with a comprehensive Q&A session.
