Despite growing awareness of gender inequality in project-based organizations, the effectiveness of interventions remains largely uncharted territory. This webinar dives into groundbreaking research that bridges this gap by exploring not just the types of sexism women face, but how organizations are responding—and whether those responses are working.

Drawing from a systematic literature review and 69 in-depth interviews across the UK, Italy, Mexico, and Kazakhstan, we uncover eight key intervention types and five core mechanisms that drive—or derail—their success. From structural reforms to cultural shifts, we reveal why the perception of an intervention often matters more than the intervention itself.
