Undoubtedly, AI is transforming project management. Research, including Gartner’s prediction that 80% of PM tasks will be AI-driven by 2030. Some organizations are already talking about AI as a replacement for project managers. This presentation is an attempt to mitigate the AI disruption in Project Management. It talks about what AI can do (Capabilities & Strengths) and what AI cannot do (Limitations & Boundaries). It looks at the AI introduction from three points of view: The Pilot, Copilot, and Autopilot, and presents a Human-AI Collaboration. The presentations concluded with how we can future-proof our PM Career. The webinar is based on the author's 40 years of experience as a product development project manager designing and implementing industrial robots and AI solutions.
