Who Decides When Cyber Risk Disrupts Programmed Delivery? Inside the First 48 Hours of Governance, Escalation, and Decision-Making

Cyber risk is no longer only a technical concern, it is a delivery, governance, and decision-making challenge that directly affects organizational confidence, priorities, and trust. Yet in many organizations, decision authority during cyber disruption remains unclear, fragmented, or contested across functions.
This 60-minute interactive webinar examines what happens in the first 48 hours when cyber risk disrupts programmed delivery. Through an active PMO–CISO survey, live audience polling, and a scenario-based risk walkthrough, the session explores how governance, escalation paths, and decision-making actually operate under pressure, and where they most often fail. Rather than presenting static findings, the webinar is designed as a facilitated working session. Participants will test assumptions, compare decision models, and examine how delivery, security, and governance functions intersect when rapid, high-stakes decisions are required.
This session is designed for senior project, programmed, portfolio, risk, and governance leaders who are accountable for outcomes in complex, high-risk environments and want greater clarity on decision ownership when cyber risk becomes a delivery issue.
