This presentation details the various steps needed to manage project cutover efficiently. Project managers can use this template and customize it to meet their project cutover needs. The cutover example in the presentation is for a very large IT implementation spawning multiple countries, so not all steps might be needed for smaller projects. This presentation also has a sample cutover plan spreadsheet embedded on Slide 9.
