Because communication is paramount in Project Management, it is crucial for all stakeholders to understand your message. This webinar will expose participants to a variety of cultures - how we perceive them and how they perceive us. The presenter will share his own experience and the challenges he faced as a project manager in various countries in Europe and Africa. This presentation will provide the cultural diversity awareness necessary to better lead team members (by taking into consideration their cultural differences) while creating your Communications Management Plan and Stakeholder Management Plan.
