Moderating the session: The Importance of Project Management in Citizen Development, is Laura Faughtenberry, Product Marketing Lead. Laura will be giving our audience a short introduction into citizen development and the PMI Citizen Developer Partner Portal before jumping into speaker introductions.

Laura will be joined by low-code and no-code industry leaders Alex Dobson, GTM Consultant at Joget, Arjun Jamnadass, Chief Customer Officer at AgilePoint, Osvaldo Sousa, CEO at Kianda, and Mark Pinard, CMO at Pipefy.

The first half of the session will focus on understanding the basics of citizen development as well as the project manager’s role in citizen development.

Our panelists will then discuss key strategies a project manager should consider when implementing a successful citizen development program and how citizen developers can affect project delivery at their organization.
