By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:
Explain PMI’s definition of Responsibility, including accountability for decisions, actions, inactions, and resulting consequences.
Identify aspirational and mandatory responsibility standards in the PMI Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
Analyze project scenarios involving professional limitations, risk ownership, and pressure to avoid or delay responsible action.
Apply responsible practices to project communication, stakeholder management, risk management, governance, team leadership, and decision-making.
Compare accountability and ownership and explain how each contributes to responsible project leadership.
