Overview

This webinar introduces requirements management processes and an approach to implement them effectively throughout the project life cycle to help improve project success rates. It then covers ethical considerations in implementing requirements management processes, including a brief discussion of the PMI Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct; the values that are the foundations of the Code: responsibility, respect, fairness and honesty; and how project management practitioners can ensure compliance with the Code in implementing requirements management processes. Upon completion of the webinar, participants will gain a better understanding of expected (appropriate and ideal) behavior of project management practitioners in implementing requirement management processes and in full compliance with our Code of Ethics.
