Overview

This is a how-to presentation. It describes how project managers can get their executives to act, it identifies the executive actions most likely to contribute to project success, and it identifies the top ten behaviors project managers can use to get the executives to act. Find out the sources of power available to the project manager and see how a project management council and a project champion role are key methods project managers can use to amplify their power.
