Overview

Drawing from insights gathered from a survey of 63 project managers at social enterprises, we provide practical guidance for social enterprises and for new, emerging, and existing organizations facing extreme resource constraints. Our roadmap outlines how organizations can apply these findings to improve their project outcomes. By leveraging the roadmap, organizations can strengthen their project management and boost their chances of project success.
