Software Development is part of the title of the Agile Manifesto but most of us don't build software applications so does this mean we can't "be" agile? This quarter join Dave Maynard & Kiron Bondale at our next Ask the Expert webinar to ask your challenging questions about improving the agility of your team (or organization) regardless of what type of projects you manage. This will also be an opportunity for you to ask our experts questions about their backgrounds and life experiences. We look forward to "seeing" you on Friday, September 18!
David Maynard is a former NASA-JSC engineer, project and program manager. While at NASA, he worked on the Shuttle program from engineering / development to program closure. He then moved to Orlando, FL to manage a Project, Program and Operations turn-around specialist company: “Systems Management Inc.” David led over 110 full-time employees to turn-around failing efforts for many different firms. It was during this time that David developed his master’s thesis: “The Accuracy of Stochastic Methods of Risk Analysis.” Leaving Florida and relocating to Indiana, with an eye on retirement, David became a teacher of Project Management and PMP® Exam preparation courses at Purdue University. He is now pursuing his Ph.D. at Indiana school of Technology. David has been a part of the development of PMBOK© guide versions 3, 4, 5, 6 and most recently 7.
