Businesses in today’s economy have several factors to consider when deciding whether or not to venture into new IT projects. Business leaders need upfront information at their fingertips to support these critical decisions. Understanding the cost, time and quality of work related to a project is essential to accurately forecast and budget future needs of a company. By creating an association of IT professionals that is dedicated to establishing standards for common projects within a business, both areas can benefit.
