Save Time With Tools + Templates
From the initiation to the closing stages of a project, different problems arise that may or may not affect project cost and schedule outcomes. We must record these in a specific format that will act as a reference document for future projects. This template is prepared considering the activities involved in construction projects, but it can be modified for different project purposes.
This deliverable relates both a project charter and a project record form to be used during the initiating phase of a given project. It gives a high-level overview of the project including the budget, scope, resources and roles and responsibilities.
Need help tracking activity status? This template is built for when you have two activities in a phase. You can extend it for multiple activities by adding sheets. You can only perform transactional activities like updating status of an activity, or inserting activity descriptions and dates.
