Great news. Congratulation Paul!
I read the article and agreed to the extent that bulling in the work space is ever increasing problem.
It not about the boss rather about the company culture and work environment. Now a days this issue is igniting much due to unemployment.

Thank you both for your comments. The article was previously published in a longer form on PM.com. Just search "bullying" and you'll find it. I would add to Waqas's comments that bullying is often about all of the things he noted - each situation is unique.

I will also be leading a webinar on September 16 on Coping Strategies for Dealing with Bullying in PM. You may find it helpful if you are encountering these challenges.

I actually find it is everywhere but there is no doubt that when markets tighten and there are fewer opportunities, there is an even great chance of seeing this behaviour
