The Workplace Bullying Institute conducted a 2014 survey on the prevalence of bullying in the workplace. The overall survey results are very clear (and quite shocking). Out of 1000 people surveyed 7 out of 10 workers are affected by workplace bullying.

Yes. It is a common problem. I myself am a victim of bullying and harassment. I filled a complaint with Ombudsman. I hope action will be taken and justice will be done.
