In a 2013 survey conducted by the Workplace Bullying Institute with a group of predominantly women, healthcare, education and government were the 3 top industries prone to workplace bullying.

I would say that there are some industries where it seems to be more prevalent but that is it sadly, everywhere. The worst industries tend to be IT, healthcare, construction and education. When there is a huge focus on short term results or there are a lot of ego-focused people vying for attention or resources, the environment tends to attract more bullies.
