I noticed this when first implemented. It's a great idea and addition to the community. I had even made a brief mention of it on a recent blog entry.

Awesome, Andrew! I'm so glad the recent enhancement has proven valuable to you, and hope it holds the same value to other members of the community. Thank you for your feedback!

I did noticed that two earlier in the week and implemented it. It is indeed a great feature but I am not too sure how it fully works. Does it connect you will all chapter members regardless whether they are active on the website or not ?

Sorry for the typos: I did notice that too ....
We can't edit comments, not like discussion threads ... I hilighted this to Craig so hopefully this is also something you can add as an enhancement to the website.

Rami, it works when both parties opt-in. You won't get a notification, you'll notice by your growing network. So far I've probably gained 10 or so connections.

It's a good post, but i think that a 4th step is missing, avoid complexity.
As planners we have the opportunity to reduce complexity before it starts and some times even avoid such issues.

Andrew, Thanks for the ellaboration. I just wanted to confirm the opt-in thing. Cheers
