Flying from the USA, in tourist class, I've just arrived in London with jetlag, my vendor knows me enough to don't call me and keep the agenda.

Maybe it's because it's dinner time here, I'm going with D) (for dinner) to accept the invitation.
(It seems to be the only answer that does not have a period after the letter -- which could be interpreted as a "tell" subconsciously revealed by the questioner.)

I would go for answer A, any other option seems to be a violation....
but PM Prepcast suggests another answer...
