Great webinar
I think CEOs are looking for PMs who:
1. Are trustworthy
2. Are committed to the organization and the goal of the program
3. Who are forthright and clear in communication
4. Who are adaptable
5. Who are able to target communications appropriately
6. Who are a partner
I think that Kristy's observation that PMs tend to be over-optimistic about ability to recover is really helpful. As is her observation that hiding bad news is robbing the CEO of other options.
