Great stuff. Reminds me of the conference calls we had with a vendor we worked with for much of 2006. The opposite was the case - the PM would tell us how they were tracking to schedule despite the fact that the code they were giving us was not complete, functioning or meeting our specs. Then they would declare that they were feature-complete and demand that we sign off on the code. We fired them...
