Hi Rob, thanks for sharing the concept of THRIVE for guiding transformation initiatives. Has the THRIVE framework been developed after formal research? If yes then would you be able to share references?
I am trying to understand whether THRIVE is all encompassing or if there are other parts to the framework. Would appreciate any information that you are able to share.

Hi Joy. THRIVE is a set of guiding principles shaped by many good practices. It's not a methodology or an academic product.
It encompasses dozens of key components of transformation. Within each of those are well-known bodies of knowledge such as BTM2, Design Thinking, Competitive Intelligence, PMBoK, etc.
A lot of transformation efforts consider 'some' aspects of transformation, but they neglect many others, which is why so many efforts struggle and fail. THRIVE helps leaders avoid that.
