Our Upcoming Webinar Changes Will Make You Happy

linkedin twitter facebook Request to reuse this

You may have noticed that some of our recent webinars have experienced difficulties either during the session or at the conclusion. We understand that this has been a frustrating experience and we have good news - we are making changes to correct these issues next week!

Beginning on Monday, 27 March, ProjectManagement.com live webinars will no longer have a chat pod during the presentation as high engagement levels have been linked to latency issues on the platform. We'll continue to have a chat pod during the 15 minute time period prior to the start of the presentations to allow for attendee interaction, but once it's time for the presentation to begin, the chat pod will be replaced with a Q&A pod.

Don't worry - you will still be able to get your questions answered by the presenter. You'll have the ability to enter questions into the Q&A pod throughout the duration of the presentation. As in our current format, the webinar presenter will continue to address as many questions as they are able to in the time allotted for the session.

We hope this change will enhance your webinar experience by allowing the focus to be on the content and knowledge while also correcting the latency issues we have been experiencing.
