Közép-Európa legrangosabb, angol-nyelvű nemzetközi projektmenedzsment konferenciája az „Art of Projects” Budapesten kerül megrendezésre, 2019. november 7-én a Budapest Music Centerben a PMI Budapest, Magyar Tagozat szervezésében. Az esemény marketing és rendezvényszervezője a MOMART Marketing Kft.

A PMI Budapest, Magyar Tagozat (www.pmi.hu) 2018-ban ünnepelte megalapításának 15. évfordulóját, így idén már több, mint másfélévtizedes szakmai tapasztalattal a háta mögött szervezi meg a 7. „Art of Projects” (http://pmibudapestevents.hu/) nemzetközi projektmenedzsment konferenciát. Az idei esztendőben a Nemzetközi Projektmenedzsment Napon, a Budapest Music Center (www.bmc.hu) ad otthont a hazai leg­rangosabb, PMI konferenciának, melyre 300 résztevőt várnak a szervezők.

A PMI Budapest, Magyar Tagozat szakmai programokért felelős alelnöke, Prattinger Balázs, PMP elmondta, hogy 2019-ben az „Art of Projects” komoly változáson ment át. Olyan nagy az érdeklődés a konferencia iránt, hogy az idei esztendőben új helyszínen kerül megrendezésre, mind a konferencia, mind a másnap meg­rendezett „PMI Master Class” is.

• A konferenciára Magyarországra érkezik, Thomas Walenta, az amerikai PMI (www.pmi.org) igazgatósá­gának a tagja, aki a konferencia nyitóelőadását tartja. A szakmai előadók között köszönthetjük, Oliver F. Lehmannt, aki az egyik legismertebb, németországi projektmenedzsment oktató szakember, számos könyv szerzője. Oliver az előadásában a helyzet függő projektmenedzsmentre mutat gyakor­latban kipróbált példákat.
• Az Egyesület Királyságból érkezik Adrienne Gibson, aki személyes példáján keresztül mutatja be, hogy a vállalatok életében vagy saját magánéletünkben, karrierünkben milyen eszközök segítségével lehet a vál­tozásmenedzsment projekteket sikerre vinni.
• Hét év után újra Magyarországra látogat, Peter Taylor „The Lazy Project Manager”, aki 2013-ban ha­talmas sikert aratott első magyarországi előadásával. Az idei esztendőben Peter arra mutat példát, hogy a projektmenedzsment szakma stresszes, sok esetben nehézségekkel, akadályokkal terhelt idősza­kait mi módon lehet kezelni, hogy a projekt során megőrizze higgadtságát és lelkesedését a projektve­zető és az irányítására bízott projekt csapat is.
• A szakmai előadások sorát az Egyesült Államokból érkező Frank Saladis zárja, aki a szakma legismertebb képviselője. Frank nevéhez fűződik a Nemzetközi Projektmenedzsment Nap (http://internationalpmday.org) elindítása, mely kezdeményezés idén ünnepli 15. évfordulóját.
• A művészet és a projektmenedzsment szakma kapcsolatát, Mészáros Zoltán a VeszprémFest (https://veszpremfest.hu/) fesztivál igazgatója mutatja be, Magyarország egyik legrangosabb zenei fesztiváljának megszervezésén keresztül.
• Az „Art of Projects” Konferencia másnapján, 2019. november 8-án, szintén a BMC ad otthont a 7. PMI „Master Classnak”, melynek vezetője Frank Saladis lesz. Olyan nagy az érdeklődés, hogy mind délelőtt, mind délután is megtartja Frank a mesterkurzust. A 2019-es kurzus azt a témát járja körbe, hogy mű­szaki, gazdasági, politikai értelemben folyamatosan és rohamosan változó világunkban, mi módon lehet megoldani az emberközpontú projektirányítást.
• Dr.Prof. Bőgel György PhD. lesz idén is a konferencia szakmai moderátora.

A 2019-es esztendő kiemelkedően fontos a PMI életében, hangsúlyozta Kremmer László, PMP a PMI Budapest, Magyar Tagozat elnöke. A PMI Budapest, Magyar Tagozat 2019-ben elnyerte az „Év PMI Tagozata” kitüntető címet, mely a legrangosabb PMI elismerés a tagozat életében. Idén ünnepli fennállásának 50. évfordulóját a PMI, a világ legnagyobb Projektmenedzsment szakmai szervezete, mely több, mint 200 országban van jelen és több, mint 580 ezer tagot számlál. Világszerte több, mint 1 millió PMI minősített szakember dolgozik. A Konferencia során kerül bemutatásra a PMBOK Guide6, a Projektmenedzsment Útmutató magyar nyelvű kiadása, mely a PMI Budapest és az Akadémiai Kiadó közös munkájának eredménye. Szintén a konferencia során kerül átadásra az „Év Projektmenedzsment Diplomamunkája” pályázat első díja is, valamint mutatkozik be első ízben Európában a PMI teljesen megújult arculata is.
