Sponsor Checklist: Business Case

A good business case is creditable, practical, accurate and quantifiably measurable so that decision makers agree on the best course of action with confidence. Your business case defines expectations on future outcomes based on the information available at the time it is written, but it will be reviewed and revisited throughout the economic lifecycle of the investment to guide decision making right through to value realization. Use this checklist as a reference in building a better business case.
