Resource Calendar Template

This document allows you to manage resources within your project. As soon as your team actually starts working (execution phase), it is wise to create and maintain a resource calendar—especially if your project depends on resources that are limited in their availability. A well-maintained resource calendar will avoid unpleasant surprises like the unexpected holidays of a key team member, or some software license that suddenly expires.
This template is one in a total of 14, together forming a comprehensive set for project management aligned with the methodology explained in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide).
