Project Schedule Template
Format: Schedule
This document allows you to create and manage a project schedule. You can define a schedule as soon as the work breakdown structure of your project is known. In order to create the schedule, the work packages listed in the work breakdown structure should be divided into activities (a work package consists of several activities). The difference between a work package and an activity, is that a work package needs to be managed regarding time and cost. An activity does not need to be managed separately, but it needs to be scheduled.
This template is one in a total of 14, together forming a comprehensive set for project management aligned with the methodology explained in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide).
