Honoured to be a presenter at my local PMI West Coast Chapter event next week on "CSI Vancouver - How Project Management Guides Crime Scene Investigations".

See my local chapter colleagues there!

Looks like an interesting topic. Can you share more details about it here?

The topic highlights how PM has intersected the world of major crime investigations through Major Case Management (which is really a PM methodology specifically tailored for police work). It also discusses how PM has impacted court administration and prosecutions work.

As a lawyer and PM, I have witnessed PM practices expand into late adopter sectors such as law and law enforcement. It is very interesting. I will also be talking about this in more detail at the Dubai International Project Management Forum in November

We had a wonderful evening at the West Coast PMI Chapter meeting where I presented with a police officer. Our topic was very well received and many found it unique and informative. I'm really looking forward to the Dubai International Project Management Forum where we'll be speaking in the "criminal investigations and PM stream.
