Yeah... just like that… but with network diagrams and burndown charts… and a wee bit less vodka.

I reached out to Don in hopes of doing an interview about it and found out he’s also written a new book “I think Therefore I Plan”. In this interview we discuss the pros and cons of different certifications, taking an artisan approach to managing projects as well as Don’s new book.

Thanks Dave for posting and it was an honor to be interviewed by you.
Everything has a positive or negative side but not learning. People might have less experience and yet have certifications which might not guarantee success but they at least have understanding of processes. And from there they should start building there knowledge with experience by handling projects more methodically.
