On February 15, 2022 Mirko Kleiner of the Lean Agile Procurement (LAP) Alliance and myself gave a webinar entitled Lean Agile Procurement (LAP), Agile Contracts, & Disciplined Agile (DA). Lean-Agile Procurement (LAP) is based on agile and lean principles and focuses on the business value and people involved. The results will surprise you!
