Are these available as true podcasts to download anywhere? Many of us have locked-down business devices that won't allow youtube, or poor/expensive connectivity when travelling which is exactly when we might have time to catch up on such content.

There's some software that allows you to download some youtube content for viewing later, but it's mostly clunky.

Yes, the PDU Podcast is available as regular podcasts which you can download from your device. We recommend that you use iTunes to watch it.
