Steve Kaye's tips for holding effective meetings. What are yours?

In this week's episode of The Project Management Podcast (www.project-management-podcast.com) I speak with Steve Kaye on effective meeting management. His top 3 tips to help us improve our project meetings are:

1.) Recognize that a meeting is a small project in itself and therefore you need to start with a goal.
2.) Design an agenda that helps you achieve that goal.
3.) Check in with attendees to make sure that they understand the goal, agree with the goal/agenda and are planning to attend.
