Yes, it is important to keep that "forest view." I constantly remind my team and myself of what is the bigger objective that we are marching towards, and that tough times always turn the corner. It is also important to personalize your team management strategy (easier said than done), as different approaches work with different individuals (e.g., some feel motivated by cash incentives, some may look up to their leaders to lead by example)
