It is an asset to have an educational background that compliments your field of expertise but "education" without "experience" is like an "arrow" without a "bow." You can never make a perfect shot with a temporary arrow unless you have a permanent bow called: "Life's Experience." This is a very interesting project so I thought of sharing it with the community:

This super-tall building would not only become the world’s tallest building, but will be twice the height of the Burj Khalifa in Dubai as it is set to reach a height of 1,700 m and host up to 55,000 people in Tokyo bay, an inlet south-east of the Japanese capital.
