  • A successful strategy for an organization will play a big part in the growth of the corporate; it can start through logical acquisitions from a single-unit base to multi-units or even achieve multinational-level production and compete in the international market.
  • Each employee should commit to being held accountable towards shareholders, fellow employees, customers, suppliers and the community constantly and consistently.
  • Determination to be the best through individual efforts and by working together, maintaining the spirit of teamwork, and being part of Management
  • Must view maintenance as an investment in a productive capacity like any other key business of the corporate; not as a necessary evil in the cost centre.
  • Achieve recognition and ISO certifications like ISO 9000, ISO 14001, ISO 55000, ISO 55001, and ISO 55002.
  • Without compromise, health and safety should be the most important core value.
  • Take action daily to enhance shared values of Honesty, Empathy, Trust, Determination, Integrity and Inclusivity to Inspire Excellence.
  • Have a high vision to be the 21st century’s number one, and compete internationally.
  •  Implement dedication to providing superior value to customers, shareholders, employees and the community.
  • Increase the global market share of the corporate by using cutting-edge technology and innovation in the development of new products, and industry efficiency, and improve the capacity of human resources through training, learning and cross-sharing because people are the key to success.
  • To sustain operation, the corporate must balance the needs of the environment with the needs of the operation and ensure all employees maintain a focus on customers’ needs.
  • Embrace the principle of good governance to build a sustainable business.
  • Maintain good relationships with government agencies, union and non-union workforce.
  • Continuously improve management systems, technologies, and processes to identify environmental aspects and minimize their impacts concerning air emissions, accidental discharge, spills, waste management & resource consumption.
  • Set measurable objectives and maintain reliable processes for tracking environmental performance.
  •  Maintain open communication with the employees, the public, the customers and regulators.
  • Ensure products/services meet customer quality requirements through documentation, packaging, transportation and final delivery.
  • Should provide training and continuous education to all levels of employees.
  • Change management should be part of the corporate culture.
