A recent article on Inc.com provides great practical advice on what to do if a colleague accuses a leader in your workplace of sexual harassment. While the article is focused on North American examples, the content is valuable to all of us.

I contributed to a PMI colleague's booked, "Say Yes to Project Success". The authors interviewed 108 project management experts asking key questions about how to achieve project success. My response focused on how a respect team and workplace culture are critical to project success.

The result is an excellent book filled with the wisdom of global PM gurus who led over 2000 projects in 119 countries.  Here's the link to the book

This is an excellent Harvard Business Review article with an actual successful office bully confrontation. I support the strategy recommended by the author.

A real life example for Project Managers to add to their bullying toolkit.

Have you encountered a similar challenge? If so, what did you do and what was the result?
