I have been thinking about cross-team collaboration lately as it is one of the key success factors in programs. I collected some of my thoughts into what I am calling a "Collaboration Manifesto".
Feedback and suggestions are welcome.
Collaboration Manifesto
- We are greater together. Teams that collaborate deliver better results.
- We take the time and invest in relationships.
- We promote a “One Team” behavior across teams and organizational divisions.
- We incentivize collaboration and teamwork over personal goals and office politics.
- We strive to bring people together to bring about something brilliant.
- We understand the importance of diversity of thought.
- We embrace continuous learning.
- We encourage a bias toward action over inaction.
- We strive for company culture where leaders are empathetic and encouraging.
