If you are outsourcing your software application development project, you'll need to select the right vendor for the job. Is the candidate vendor capable of delivering on time, within budget and to your project's business and technical specifications? Can they support their work? Do they have a proven industry reputation and experience record in doing outsourced work? Is that experience relevant to your application area and implementation environment? There are many questions to ask before making your decision. This checklist will reveal whether you should risk your project to a particular vendor.
