| Multiple initiatives within the auto industry are combining to transform that industry and propel it toward 2030. While we have seen all the press that the connected vehicle (car) and the app market for that vehicle is receiving, much lesser coverage has been given to the other areas. Here are the leading initiatives.
- Connected vehicle and the app market.
- Electric vehicles and advanced battery development.
- Autonomous and semi-autonomous driving.
- Divers operational models (own, lease, use, share, etc...).
All of these new initiatives are bound to drive the auto industry to levels not seen before. Some have even suggested that new entrants will be the leaders of this industry going forward. All in all, big changes are afoot!
