Think about all the challenges we now face as a program and project manager in the constant world of change. How do we keep up this pace? Where do we acquire the new skills and knowledge? Emerging Technologies & Strategy
| Strategy requires continual monitoring and updating as new impactful technologies emerge. Identifying the strategic influence of emerging technologies on an organization is not an easy task these days. It is part art and part science and heavily reliant on up-to-date data, information and knowledge. It also requires unique relationships with those associated with the emerging technologies and who have a solid understanding of how the technologies may impact your industry. When the up-to-date data, information and knowledge about the impactful emerging technologies is in the hands of strategists, their attention must turn to determining how the emerging technologies will impact them currently and will likely have in the coming years on their organization. |
