Just what we needed another acronym!
| As if we did not have enough acronyms in our lives another has just been introduced by McKinsey. Without further ado here it is RPA = robotic process automation. The management consultants at McKinsey are really hot on this new concept. In fact, they believe that RPA is a new development in business automation that holds great promise. It that offers a projected return on investment (ROI) of between 30–200 percent—in the first year. That is a very broad range! IF that is true, more projects will be coming our way to manage.
