Date
2017 is set to be a banner year for technology enabled/driven change. Many experts along with management consulting organizations have publicly stated the complexities and challenges of the coming technology enabled/driven change. Some management consulting firms now say that many organizations are partnering with tech providers in order to rapidly advance their particular field or for accelerated leveraging an emerging technology solution or solutions. This will have a moderate impact for program and project managers. After all, coordinating with organizations outside their own is a formidable task most of the time. It just keeps adding up and it is clearly now more than ever before that 2017 will be a challenge of PMs!
