| business + strategy magazine just reported that just short of 1/4 of a new vehicle's value will come from electronics! Here is the exact quote "Electronics, necessary for connectivity and autonomous driving features, will see the largest growth in share of value, from 17 percent today to 23 percent in 2025". Talk about change!!!

| I just participated in a slide presentation about 2017. Data suggests that over 60 percent of organizations IT departments believe they will initiate new projects involving emerging technology in 2017. A whopping 30 percent believe they need new tech pros to clearly articulate their business value and how the new technologies will aide in achieving business goals. With all that, only 5 percent stated they wanted to hire PMs and 8 percent believe their biggest leadership challenge will be managing these projects. Makes one think!

| Many organizations have suggested 2017 will be the “Cognitive” year. Many organizations have begun to embed cognitive capabilities into many of their products. The best way to think about cognitive capabilities is the device or equipment has the self-learning ability similar to that of the human brain.
