Great video Elizabeth, worth looking at all those aspects... I believe many of us may have fallen foul in the past of attending courses whereby we have not considered all of these factors and quite frankly wasted our time and money....

Thanks everyone. @Julie - yes, definitely! Partly led by corporate deals with training vendors who may not offer the best options, but we're tied into them. I'm sure that's not the case in all situations, but I do think it might be part of the reason people don't get what they expected out of courses - they aren't able to choose the best option for them.
