For large scale organizations that need to scale Agile, one of the biggest challenges is selecting the option that will fit best. There is more than one flavour! :-)

Interesting insight. Thank you. There are many options. The power of marketing. Organizations look for solutions and will look into the ones that are most visible. There should be more of an effort in the procurement process to ensure the chosen solution for their transformation initiative is the one that best meets the needs of the organization.

And good point - It is a Journey....
